What are the session rates?
30 Minute Session: $30

60 Minute Session: $50
90 Minute Session: $70​

 

What types of payment do you accept? 
Venmo, PayPal, cash or check 

Do you take insurance?
No, I don't take insurance at this time. If you have special needs, please ask in the 20-minute introductory session to see how we can address your specific situation

How do I know what type of session to book?
You can look through the Healing Modalities page and decide what type of healing would suit you and your needs, or during the free 20-minute introductory, we can explore the most effective path to support your healing goals or we can make a custom one for your personal goals.

 

Do you hold Zoom sessions or in-person? â€‹
I do both, whatever you are most comfortable with. If you prefer an in-person session, I live in Salt Lake City, Utah.
*If you are doing a bodywork session you will need to have an in-person session. 

 

Do you offer couples sessions? 
Yes, you'll just need to let me know prior to the session.

What do I need to know before a session?
Whether you're joining me in person or via Zoom, here's how to prepare and what to expect so you can get the most out of your healing experience. 

Spiritual & Emotional Healing Sessions

  • Find a quiet, undisturbed space if joining virtually.

  • Bring a journal or notebook if you want to reflect afterward.

  • You may want water, tissues, or a comfort item nearby

Bodywork / Foot Zoning​

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing.

  • Please arrive clean and fragrance-free (sensitive environments).

  • Let me know about injuries, sensitivities, or physical limitations ahead of time.

Tuning Forks / Sound Bath

  • Hydrate well before and after your session.

  • Come ready to relax deeply—some people experience meditative or emotional releases.

  • Feel free to bring your own mat, blanket, or pillow if you’d like extra comfort.

EMDR / Tapping / Reprocessing

  • These sessions may bring up emotions or memories. It’s okay—this is part of the healing.

  • Aftercare is important: give yourself space to process or rest afterward​​
